Our Process

Schedule Meeting

During an on-site visit we will discuss what areas require painting such as walls, trim, foundation, decks and fences. We also cover colours and paint type preferences.

Determine Scope of Work

Once we are in agreement about what the project entails, we will make a list of what needs to be completed.

Quote

All of the information and the scope of work will be transferred to the quote document detailing all of the work to be completed for the project, along with individual costing of each item, payment terms and methods.

Schedule Project

Exterior painting requires multiple visits and is weather dependant. The client is not required to be on-site if the house is easily accessible from the road.

Start Job
  • Our painters arrive at the site with the project manager for introductions and all of the materials necessary for the tasks planned that particular day are delivered. Access to the house is discussed and agreed-upon.
  • The preparation process begins. Scaffolding and ladders are set up as required.
  • Any required caulking or filling will be done first and followed by scraping and spot priming the bad areas.
  • Two coats of high-quality exterior paint are applied to the exterior walls of the house.
  • If the trim and foundation are a part of the project these areas are prepped and painted as well. The same applies to any decks or fences.
Upon Job Completion

After we finalize the exterior painting, our house painters will remove all garbage, empty paint cans, and other debris from your home. We will label leftover paint and leave it with you for future touch-ups. Our crew leader will carefully inspect the completed exterior painting job to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

Upon completion of the job, the project manager and the homeowner inspect the work done and determine if any touch-ups are required. If needed, touch-ups are completed at that time. The satisfied customer then signs off on the project.

Payment

After the customer signs off on the completed project, payment arrangements are made as per the terms and conditions outlined in the quote.
